Your dinner can take on any form that fits your event style, flow or design. We offer every type of dinner service such as plated or sit-down, buffet or small bites. Each style of service can be done formal, semi formal or casual. Be assured that whatever you choose, it will be done with elegance. It is sometimes appropriate to combine two different styles to make the evening more interesting. For example you may want to offer a plated first course salad followed by a buffet dinner. It is also common to have a plated dinner but create a fun dessert and coffee buffet or sundae bar. The idea is to have fun and create your own theme which we can help you do.


DINNER MENU

  • TENDERLOIN - Chef carved tenderloin with red wine reduction & caramelized onions
  • HANGER STEAK - Tender hanger steak served with shoestring sweet potatoes
  • LAMB CHOPS - New Zealand lamb chops dry rubbed with spices served with mint jam
  • PRIME RIB - Oven roasted with an herb-salt crust served with au-jus
  • JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN - Whole chicken marinated in a band of jerk spices then blackened 
  • GRILLED CHICKEN - Chicken breast seasoned with garlic, rosemary, & lemon
  • OVEN ROASTED SALMON - Oven roasted with leeks, tomatoes, lemon, & olive oil
  • COUS COUS - Sautéed with colorful peppers & onions
  • WILD RICE PILAF - A blend of steamed jasmine & wild rice
  • CORN SOUFFLE - Sweet corn baked with Maseca, cheese, brown sugar & Anaheim peppers
  • OVEN ROASTED POTATOES - Fingerling potatoes roasted with garlic & rosemary 
  • GRILLED VEGETABLES - Asparagus, artichoke, mushrooms, squash, carrots & peppers
  • OVEN ROASTED VEGETABLES - Beets, parsnips, yams, Brussels sprouts, & mini potatoes
