We design each menu with you from start-to-finish. You have the freedom to be creative, mix things up, or be classic. Our menus include cuisines from around the world. If you can dream it up, we will cook it up.

  • DUCK TACOS -  Served with mango-papaya salsa
  • PANKO CRUSTED CHICKEN - Bone-in chicken breast with lemon-chardonnay sauce
  • BUTTERNUT SQUASH LASAGNA -  Served with our own marinara
  • BAKED TILAPIA - Baked with leeks, shiitake mushrooms, and garlic lemon-butter
  • HEIRLOOM MINI POTATOES - Oven roasted with garlic, herbs and black truffle salt
  • VEGETABLE PAELLA - with artichoke, asparagus, squash, and mushrooms, in Creole spice
  • TWICE BAKED POTATO - Yukon potatoes stuffed with fluffy mashed potatoes 
  • VEGETABLE KEBOBS - Grilled Squash, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and peppers
  • GRILLED ARTICHOKE - Poached artichoke, marinated in garlic olive oil then fire grilled
  • PESTO FUSILLI - Corkscrew pasta served with pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus and mushrooms
  • WILD MUSHROOM RAVIOLI - Served with a black truffle cream sauce topped with chimichurri and fried sage
  • AVOCADO POMEGRANATE SALAD - Butter lettuce tossed with avocado, pomegranate, red onions and a lemon-honey vinaigrette 
  • GRILLED PEAR SALAD - Field greens tossed with cubed grilled pears, hearts of palm, candied pecans, heirloom tomatoes, and cucumbers topped with crumbled chevre
